Our Approach

When establishing an overseas campus for a parent school, our approach is centred on delivering the vision of the parent school in the overseas location in a way which extends and enhances its reputation.

Through careful listening, understanding and reflection, our experienced team of experts will, in partnership with the parent school, develop and then present the ways in which the overseas campus can be delivered and managed from conception to school opening.

Each overseas campus will require a uniquely blended formula tailored to local demand. We do not believe in trying to transplant the parent school, ‘brick by brick’, into an international setting. Success comes from being able to adapt and assimilate local culture, strengths and needs into a learning experience which still holds true to the values and ethos of the parent school.  Decision-making will be influenced by numerous external factors such as local market demand and supply, regulatory requirements and availability of human and financial resources. Minerva works to carefully integrate and balance these demands to fulfil the requirements of students, regulators, parents and teachers.

Our goal is to match Minerva’s beliefs and ambitions with our partners to deliver an outstanding education for every child in a wholesome and diverse environment with strong academic and co-curricular programmes at its heart. Blending the ethos of the British brand with the needs and desires of the local families that choose the school is central to the long-term success of the new venture. A long-term partnership that embraces and celebrates the shared vision of the school managed and supported at all times by Minerva from inception to delivery and beyond.
